Bint (also called Binto in Monster Rancher 2) is an old man who lives in Galoe and builds barn upgrades for the townspeople. He apparently becomes very famous on Bubalook for his talents, and in Monster Rancher Battle Card 2 Davis mentions that he has asked Bint's company, "Bint Home Services," to come fix a hole in his restaurant floor.
In Monster Rancher Advance 2, you find out that Bint is expanding his business from Bubalook to Age Island, so you can once again request his services as a builder.
