Colart is rocky, Papas highland city known for its Greek-like architecture and its tea. It is mentioned in Monster Rancher 2 as the location of both the Rookie Cup and the Rocky Cup in the anime series (not too far from Torble).
The city itself it situated the top of a hill, and has a large sandstone coliseum. It is mostly surrounded by forest, but is not far from the mountains either.
