Dagga is a frightening yet fair spirit of a man summoned by a badge that Kai finds at an antiques shop. He the advisor to a powerful Joker named Kolbain, and they promise that if you can defeat them in single combat they will show you how to summon a Joker of your own.
Bragma later informs you that although Dagga is not Tochikan, he uses the residual life energy (anima) in places where Tochikans have died to summon Jokers. Mosha also tells you that he was the same age when she was a teenager that he is today, leading one to believe that he himself may be a spirit, or that he has found a way to harness the anima to keep himself young.
