Rocko is one of Pixie's slaves in the disc mines on Ancra. He is a large man with shoulder-length hair, and sad eyes. When Genki and Mocchi break into the prison and begin to set everyone free, at first the slaves are reluctant to try to escape because of the risk of injury, but Rocko sides with Genki, realizing this may be their only chance.
Rocko admits Genki that their ancestors enslaved the monsters in the area for years, but that they would like to change the cycle. Later, he helps dig Big Blue, Genki and Pixie out of the rubble of a collapsed temple, proving that his intentions are pure.
