Zevla is an incredibly condescending member of the Blue Wolves whom you meet one day at Restaurant Davis. He apparently makes a deal with Davis that he cannot be kicked out of the restaurant until he loses at battle cards, but Davis warns you not to stick around unless you want to be bullied into a fight.
It turns out that Isabella is there helping him, but even she gets on his nerves. You and Cue challenge him to a fight and if you win you get his Naga card. When Cue insinuates that she thinks it might be a trick, he retorts that he is not a "crook" like other members of the group, upsetting Isabella.
